At Anglian Water, we are always looking at ways to improve and do better. That includes our systems and technology.

The system upgrade takes place in three phases. The first one will go live on 5th November 2025 and includes the financial and procurement processes that affect our suppliers.  

Minimising the impact of this upgrade on suppliers and partners is key. Documentation may look a bit different but includes all the usual information. In fact, most activities will stay exactly the same but there will be a few changes you need to be aware of.
