Before we can book in your external pipework check, please make sure you’ve laid your external pipework using the guidance in your 'How to lay a new or replacement supply pipe guide' and  project survey.

At a minimum this includes:

• Pipework is laid to the location we’ve agreed with you.
• Pipework is laid at least 750mm deep and no more than 1350mm deep.
• You have left inspection holes if you are backfilling your trench.
• Pipework is ducted (and insulated in certain scenarios).
• An internal stop tap is fitted.
• Pipework is sealed with a compression cap.
